We have recruited several outstanding technical professionals from the industry, including 3 senior engineers and 8 mid-level engineers. Our team covers product design, mold development, formulation and process management of rubber compounds, and R&D. Leveraging advanced software tools such as AUTO CAD, CAE, UG, ProEng, and CATIA, our R&D team is capable of conducting product and manufacturing-process design and development, as well as some concurrent development activities.
