Hebei Changfeng Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is committed to sustainable operations and places particular emphasis on strengthening its R&D team and attracting top-notch technical talent. Over the years, Hebei Changfeng has recruited several outstanding professionals from within the industry, including three senior engineers and eight mid-level engineers. The company’s R&D team covers product design, mold development, formulation and process management of rubber compounds, and leverages advanced software tools such as AUTO CAD, CAE, UG, ProEng, and CATIA to carry out product and manufacturing-process design, development, and some concurrent development activities.

I. Technological Advancement

To improve product development quality and shorten the development cycle, we leverage specialized sealing strip analysis software to conduct simulation tests and analyses of product performance.

★ ESAI-SEAL Product Cross-Section Structural Analysis

Perform a preliminary analysis to simulate the deformation behavior of the product under stress conditions, identify the optimal cross-section, and provide support for the concurrent development of automotive seals.

 Design and R&D

★ To accelerate the pace of new product development and enhance product development capabilities, we are expanding our workshop and building a Changfeng CAD data workstation.

★ We use 3D software such as CAE, UG, and CATIA for 3D-assisted design of mold drawings, which has significantly enhanced our company’s design capabilities and efficiency and ensured seamless integration with automotive manufacturers.

Establish a chemical formulation development system: 1. By absorbing and digesting imported technologies, we have achieved the localization of low-load sponge rubber and colored rubber formulations. 2. To ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of rubber compounds, we have established a specialized rubber compounding team. 3. We conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) for chemical formulations.

·The Technology Center is responsible for tooling design and uses software such as CATIA, UG, CAXA, and AUTOCAD.

·The metalworking workshop is responsible for the fabrication and maintenance of tooling, and is equipped with machining equipment including wire-cutting machines, electrical discharge machines, lathes, milling machines, planers, and grinding machines.
